“Our passion for Muscadet dates back to the 15th century. Since then, generations have followed one another, but they have never been the same. Bernard Ch\u00e9reau, son of a winegrower in Monni\u00e8res, decided to cultivate his own vineyard. Against the tide of an era dominated by bulk distribution in large quantities, he demonstrates by his efforts that high quality production is appreciated by a targeted and exclusive clientele among restaurateurs, wine merchants and private individuals. This success enabled him to acquire the Ch\u00e2teau du Coing in 1973.<\/p>\n

Today, it is his daughter, V\u00e9ronique G\u00fcnther-Ch\u00e9reau, passionate about authenticity, who makes this estate an emblematic property for all lovers of this wine: Muscadet with the flavours of the terroir. Since 2010, V\u00e9ronique’s daughter, Aurore, a graduate in oenology, has joined us in this adventure “.<\/p>\n

Remarkable Muscadet S\u00e8vre et Maine sur Lie Comte de Saint Hubert 2010<\/a>, with a fine nose where we find notes of white flowers and hazelnut, frank in the mouth, with subtle notes of smoke on the palate, very well-balanced, which combines liveliness and roundness, with good ageing potential.<\/span><\/p>\n

Taste the Muscadet l\u2019Ancestrale 2013<\/a>, municipal appellation Monni\u00e8res Saint Fiacre, which has a lot of body and power, a great aromatic expression marked by very ripe fruit scents, then mineral notes. Also very pleasant is the Muscadet S\u00e8vre-et-Maine sur Lie 2016, with a subtle nose dominated by fresh fruit and lime blossom, a seductive cuv\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n

Beautiful Muscadet S\u00e8vre-et-Maine sur Lie Comte de Saint Hubert Vieilles Vignes 2016<\/a>, a wine with a beautiful acidity, with a very floral nose of elderberry and acacia, combined with notes of citrus fruit, perfectly balanced between fatness and freshness. Superb Muscadet S\u00e8vre-et-Maine sur Lie Ch\u00e2teau de la Gravelle 2016 Vin Biologique<\/a>, certified Ecocert, with this touch of acidity combined with a pleasant roundness, where notes of quince and lily are intermingled, fine and persistent in the mouth.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Muscadet S\u00e8vre-et-Maine Ch\u00e2teau de la Gravelle Gorges 2013<\/a>, communal appellation Gorges, is of a beautiful harmony, all fruit and finesse, ample, with subtle nuances of apple and dried fruit, fragrant and frank mouth, a definite success.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Muscadet S\u00e8vre-et-Maine sur Lie Domaine de la Bournaire 2016 Organic Wine, certified Ecocert, is really remarkable, fragrant and persistent, intense on the nose as well as on the palate, dry and fresh, floral, all in roundness, very well balanced, with a frank finish where connotations of reinette and smokiness are revealed on the palate.<\/p>\n
