Winemaking methods Kept on lees for six months, in underground glass-tiled vats, which are traditional to the Nantais wine region. No stirring of lees. No added SO2, from harvest to bottling.
Tasting The terroir brings finesse and elegance to this wine. Very expressive nose, with a yellow fruit character.
Powerful, mineral-driven palate. Very long finish. Body and roundness, with nice balance.
